"I completed it about 2 weeks ago now and WOW I have so much to say about it girl. I think the biggest thing for me is the knowledge. As you know the PDF guide was hefty but every single word in there set me up for so much success. I had been going to the gym before your guide but really had no structure or clue what I was doing! I kept a journal of all of my progress and PRs and just looking back it's crazy how strong I've gotten. When I started the guide I was still nervous and would only squat with a 40 pound dumbbell. Over the course of the guide I got the strength mentally and physically to squat 125 pounds on the rack as my top set.
